All in favor. <br />nutes approved on,W, _cri <br />Clerk <br />Special Meeting of Council of Lino Lakes on Feb. 6, 1963 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Kelling; Trustee's Backlin, Heckenliable and <br />Speiser, Clerk Hauer. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Heckenliable, that the councilman in charge of Plan- <br />ning and Zoning be empowered to invite the Planning and Zoning Commission to any <br />meeting held relating to Village planning. All in favor. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Speiser, Planning and Zoning member maybe paid mile- <br />age for travel outside village of Lino Lakes, when on planning business. All in <br />favor. <br />Mr. Backlin discussed the idea of widening thorough -fare streets from the present <br />661 to 1001. He taelieves it wise to develope a thorough-fare plan under Minnesota <br />Statue #471. Also a disscussion on access to main thorough- fare.
