On motion by Telling, second by Heckenliable, the Rezoning and Special Use Permit of Mr. Henrikson, was referred to the Planning Board. Motion was carried. Motion by Telling, second by Heckenliable, the On Sale Beer license be acceppted from St. Joseph's Church, pro —rated at 5/6 of one year rate. Carried. Bingo permit for the church was truned down, because the request wasn't received within the required 30 day period. The Clerk was instructed to writes a letter to the Priest to this effect.
