Clerk Minutes approved July 22, 1903 Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on July 23, 1963 Members present as follows: Mayor gelling; Trustee's Backlin, Heckenliable, Speiser, and Clerk Hauer. The minutes of the preceding meetin were read and on motion by Backlit#, second. by Speiser, they be acceppted as read. All voted in favor. On motion by Telling, second by Heckenliable, the Rezoning and Special Use Permit of Mr. Henrikson, was referred to the Planning Board. Motion was carried. Motion by Yelling, second by Heckenliable, the On Sale Beer license be acceppted from St. Joseph's Church, pro —rated at 5/6 of one year rate. Carried. Bingo permit for the church was truned down, because the request wasn't received within the required 30 day period.
