'' Mr. Speiser, reported the palnt ' aeorderd for Park Buildings, abeo that he had <br />checked on the Park on Centerville Lake. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, reported the Planning Board recommended the following minimum house <br />size: 864 sq. ft. with expansion, 902 sq. ft. without expansion, 720 sq. ft. with <br />2nd story. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Yelling, that the recommendation be held over until the III <br />next meeting. All voted in favor. <br />Resolution of the Planning Board, the Tillage should aequire public access to Reshanau <br />Lake et Birch Street and Randolp4. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second_ by Yelling, the Attorney is to check into this matter. <br />All voted in favor. Also to ux x purchase the Lake Shore property on Rice Lake from <br />the Apple Inn to the Bridge on Highway #49. <br />Motion} by Yelling, second by Heckenliable, to turn this matter over to Mr. Speiser, df <br />Parks and Playgrounds. Motion carried. <br />Robert Raymond, is to check on the Hoffman dank 'Yard. <br />Planning Board, is to meet on August 21, 1963. <br />Mr. Yelling, reported on the meeting; at Shoreview on sewers. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Yelling, that Mr. Backlin ,work with Tillage Engineer <br />before bids be let. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Yelling, for Mr. Becklinto be authorized to spend up to <br />$300.00 on the Lakeview Addition Streets. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by gelling, second by Speiser, that the application from Luther LeYesseur for <br />On and Off Sale Beer be approved. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Backlin, that Maekeypaint doors on the Police Car for <br />$13.00. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Speiser, to purchase a beacon light for the Police Cer for <br />$85.00. All voted in favor. <br />Bills Audited: <br />1511 Moga & Speisee Garae Car Polish, gas and oil for Police car, repairs <br />to same, gas for tractor cutting weeds, repairs to <br />tractor $ 45.19 <br />1512 Robert Raymond Constable fees 60.00 <br />1513 Gene Thompson 34 pr gopher ft -.25 per pr. 8.50 <br />1514 Richard Hauer 5 hrs cutting grass at park 10.00 <br />.515 Luthers Sports Shop Trees furnished and planted 100.00 <br />1516 Northern States Power Co.
