46 <br />Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on February 10, 1964 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Domning; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, <br />and Clerk Hauer, <br />The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Speiser, and second by <br />Backlin, they were accepted as read. Carried. <br />Treasurer's report: <br />Gopher fund <br />Road & Bridges Fund <br />Parks & Playgrounds <br />General fund <br />Civil Defense <br />Fire Protection <br />Debt Redemption <br />Balance on hand <br />$ 438.43 <br />5,825.97 <br />1,364.88 <br />2,564.88 <br />1,200.16 <br />1,490.79 <br />967.63 <br />$13,852.74 <br />Mr. Backlin, reports Clerk should check files for the dill number for police radio. <br />end they are overhauling the tractor. <br />Mr. Speiser, reports that John Juleen fixed the stove at the Perk, and. Shoreview asks <br />for Bingo at Ralph's, the Attorney will check into the Bingo laws in the State. <br />Mayor Domning, reports on the Special Meeting that was held on January 31, 1964. <br />Special Meeting with the Youth Center on January 12, 1964 et 7 :-.0. <br />1 <br />. Motion by Domning, second by Backlin, to appoint Carlo Suker and Civil Defense Director. <br />Carried. <br />"otion by Heckenlieble, second. by Speiser, Amend Ordinance #6. Carried. <br />Constable Raymond, reported that they are enforcing the Dog Ordinance and all houses <br />West of Highway #8 were already checked and East of Highway #8 will be checked next <br />week. <br />Motion by Domning, second by Backlin, buy four Judical Pamphlets, Carried. <br />for the Constables and Justice of the Pease. <br />Audit Bills: <br />1781 Milner W.
