Permit for Bingo by the Boy Scouts at Lino Lakes Elementary School was approved <br />for April 11, 1964, on a motion by Speiser, and seconded by Baeklin, Carried. <br />The Attorney will contact a Doctor for the Tillage Health Officer. <br />The rezoning and Special Use Permit of William Wonderlich, was reffered to the Planning <br />Board for a Hearing on April 15, 1964. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to amend Section 4 of Ordinance #6 and the <br />adoption of the resolution. Carried. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to have copies printed of all the Ordinances <br />for the Planning Board and the Public, and have them available in. the Tillage Hall. Carrie <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to dispense with the second Building Inspector <br />Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, seocnd by Speiser, to have Tillag4 Engineer check property lines on <br />Sunrise Avenue. Carried. <br />Clerk to write a letter authorizing Ed Houle, Rt. #1, Hugo, Minnesota, as Weed Inspector <br />for the Tillage. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to authorise Ed Houle, to purchase 15 gallons of <br />2 -4 -d and 15 gallons of 2 -5 -t. Carried. <br />The Weed Sprayer is being painted. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to have Village Engineer draw up the papers for <br />letting of Bids for gravel for the ;;car 1964. Carried. <br />The bids will be open on the second :meeting in April. Engineer is to check on the costs <br />C of oiling the streets in the Tillage. <br />Mr. Speiser, asked about removing the snow fences and will take down the snow fences at <br />the park. The Parks & Playgrounds meeting will be held next week. <br />Roberti Raymond, reported on the shooting of deer in the Tillage. And he is also working <br />on the violations of the Dog Ordinance.
