Carried. <br />Clerk <br />Minutes approved April 13, 1964 <br />Meeting of the Council Bf Lino Lakes on April 13, 1964 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Downing; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, <br />and Clrk Hauer. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, <br />they were accepted as read. Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, second. by Speiser, Northwestern Bell Telephone Company clarify their <br />request. Carried. <br />Mr. Backlin, reported he has checked on various front end loaders. That Mr. Hoffman <br />donated a generator and voltage regulator to be used on Tillage equipment. This was <br />greatly appreciated. Cllumbus Township has purchesed a gopher machine. He Has checked <br />with the Tillage Engineers about running sewers and watek under the new Freeway and <br />also proposed roadways in the Tillage. He also reported that the Engineers have checked <br />on Sunrise Ave. and staked it. He had talked to Ross about the overpass or underpass <br />on 80th and the Freeway. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, reported that the posting for the hearing on the Dog Kennel is completed <br />and the Planning Board has sdhueled the Hering for April 15, 1964. The Hearing before <br />the Council to be held April 27, 1964. He will check with the Planning Board on the <br />Kennel Ordinance and the !railer Ordinance. <br />Mr. Bloomquist, appeared before the louncil to report on the unsanitary condition a.t <br />the EH499 Club and Grocery Stroe. The Building Inspector and Constable are to check on <br />this matter. <br />
