Council on Hearing for the Dog Fennel. Mr. Joyce. represented the Wonderlicks, and <br />Mr. Meyer's represented the,oeoplb opposed. Mr. Perresol, and adjacent owner was opposed <br />and said that he wasn't approached with the petition. There were approximetely 25 <br />people opposed. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, not to rezone Commercial and to deny <br />the petition. Carried. <br />Cigarette license application was received from Mr. LeTendre at the "4911 Club. <br />Motion by Bakklin, second by Domning, to racind the bid from Ray Sinne and have the <br />Engineer get bids from Hennipen Blacktopping and other firms. Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, the Tillage will cut the lots in Lakeview at the <br />cost of $6.00 per hr, as soon as it is properly published in the legal newspaper. Carried <br />Speiser <br />Mr. taakkix, reported the grass has been cut and they will spray for weeds. That Mr. <br />Brudder, offered to pick up they garbage at the parks free of charge. Also that the <br />Park Board Meeting will be held on June 25, 1964, and that the Park Board is now <br />Incorporated.. <br />Mr. Backlin, reported that he had purchased 30 gallons of oil for Tillage use. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, asked the Clerk to furnish paper cups for the dispensers at the <br />Pillage Hall. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to have 500 copies of the Otidinances #35, <br />+32, and #30 at the cost of $6.00. Carrid. <br />Planning Meeting to be held on June 17, 1964. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to move trailer on LeRoy 'reek property III <br />within 30 days. Carrie- <br />Motion by Domning, second by Heckenliable, to reimburse Couictl Members for Meetings <br />held outside the Pillage pertaining to the pillage.
