Motion by Backlin, second by Reckenlia.ble, to pay bills, Carried. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to adjourn meeting. Carried. Clerk Minutes approved June 22, 1964 Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on June 22, 1964 59 Members present as follows: Mayor Domning; Trustee's Backlin, Speiser, Heckenliable, and Clerk Hauer. Minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on a motion by Heckenliable, second by $ Speiser, they were accepted as read. Carried. Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliable, to approve the license application of the following: On & Off Sale 3.2 for Gilbert St. Sauver, On & Off Sale 3.2 with dancing and set ups for Richard Le Tendre, and Off Sale Liquor for Edward Cegla. Carried. The Board of Review will meet at the Pillage Hall on June 23, 1964 at 7:30 PM. Turn the Map from the Northwestern Dell Telephone Co. over to the Fndineer and send a note that this is referred to the Engineer and not to bury the cable until we have been notified. The Attorney, asked if the urrent insurance was adequate. Mr. Backlin, reports that the road ;;pork is coming along fine and that they have graveled Holly end Ware Roads. Motion by Backlin, second by Domning, that the Engineer is to work with the men grading and also put up a stop sign on 4th Avenue. Carried. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, that Mr. Backlin, is to work with the Engineer to draft a letter to send to Washington D. C. about a service road from Otter Lake Road to gravel pit on the Nest side of 35 East. Carried. Mr. Speiser, reports that John Peterson hauled 10 loads of clay to ball park. We still need about 5 or 6 loads of gravel for the drive. Also that the Clerk should run and ad in the newspaper for the cutting of lots in Lakeview Addition. He also reported that they need a pump for the park. The Park Board Meeting will be held on June 23, 1964. Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to get paint from John Jubeen and paint the garbage barrels at the Pakk. Carried. Mr. Heckenliable, reported that he participated in the ground breaking of the Bank in Lexington and also that he had attended the Chamber of Commerce Meeting in Circle Lex. The Council will rpovide one map of the rezonning for the Hall and one of the them for the Planning Board. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Domning, to have the Engineer get maps of the Pillage for the Planning Board and the Council use. Carrid. Motion by Heckenliable, second. by Backlin, to have the Attorney and the Engineer draw up an Ordinance on Trailer Homes. Carried.
