(truck parts) 40.45 <br />N105 - Northwest Bell Telephone 6.65 <br />106 - void <br />107 - Lesson Oil Company, fuel oil for hall 63.38 <br />108 - Postoffice, postage 10.00 <br />109 - Janet Hill, gopher bounty 6.00 <br />110 - Richard Schuh, (this is a replacement check 1330.00 <br />for #2249 issued Dec. 14 which was cancelled) <br />111 - Northern States Power ) 212.49 <br />112 - " n ) 80.38 <br />113 - fl n ) 6.70 <br />1114 - " " ) 13.12 <br />115 - Erving Anderson, Trustee school course 7.50 <br />Meeting adjourned at 11)p.m. <br />7'c Svc} c <br />Minutes accepted Peb,; , 1965, Clerk <br />Lino Lakes Council meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. on <br />February8, 1965. All members present. <br />Minutes of the previous meeting were read, and on motion by Backlin, <br />second by Speiser, were accepted as read. <br />Mr. John Iverson spoke against the permit requested by the Langer's <br />for the dump. Accompanying Mr. Iverson were Mr. & Mrs. Paul Kief, <br />Mrs. Iverson, Mrs. Arthur LaCasse, and Mr. Robinson, all stating they <br />were against the granting of this permit. Mr. Locher stated this <br />matter referred to Ordnance #6 and explained the procedure that would <br />be followed. <br />Domning moved the letter form prepared by the Clerk be used and to <br />start immediately clearing up all outstanding checks. Second by <br />Backlin. Carried unanimously. <br />Backlin moved the council refer to the engineer the request by the <br />Minnesota Pipe Line to cross Rondeau Road with a crude oil line. <br />Second by Anderson, carried unanimously. <br />Backlin reported a letter had been received from the Highway Dept. <br />asking for approval to permit the department to put up Highway "No <br />Parking" signs at the Apple Inn. Backlin moved we notify Sgt. Bell <br />it is alright for these signs to be put up. Carried unanimously. <br />Backlin asked if the Rugroden's were going to pay the attorney fees <br />and engineers fees, as he felt the village should not be responsible. <br />Mr. Locher will check and report to the Council at the next meeting. <br />
