1 1 1 Domning read notices of a District 2 meeting;. Civil Defense meeting and the Mercy Hospital open house in Anoka. He also read a letter from the Mayor of Forest Lake concerning money donations for a radio for their ambulance. No action was taken on this request. Domning moved and Speiser seconded that we order a 1965 Directory of Municipal Officials of Minnesota. Cost $3.00. Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, that the following bills be paid: #129 - Larson Oil 51.27 130 - Bank of Coon Rapids 1,000.00 131 - Lena Billik 756.00 132 - Centennial State Bank 88.56 133 - Circulating Pines 6.00 134 - Kenneth Kincade 3.75 135 - Municipal Court 142.02 136 - E. Lundheim .500 Meeting adjourned at 10:15 p.m. Minutes accept * * * * * * * * * * rch 8, 1965, Clerk Lino Lakes Council meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. on 3/8/65. All members were present. Minutes of the previous meeting were read with some corrections being made. On motion by Anderson, second by Speiser, minutes were accepted as corrected. Attorney Locher read and explained the letter regarding the census. In order to have the census taken this fall, Backlin moved and Speiser seconded to have the Clerk draw the necessary funds as requested in the amount of $669.00. It was also moved by Domning, seconded by Anderson that the Clerk sign the official formal agreement and certify the maps showing the village boundaries. Both motions carried unanimously. The Treasurer's report was read, and Mrs. Dupre also reported that funds for 1964 in the approximate amount of $1,500.00 had been turned over to her that day by Mr. Hauer. Mr. Locher will notify Mr. Hauer to attend a special meeting with the Council on Friday evening, March 12. Mr. Locher also reminded the Council that new rates for liquor license will be into effect June 30, 1965, and also noted that the Apple Inn should have been charged $1,750 for the year 1964/1965 instead of $1,500. Mr. Hauer will be contacted and asked to remit an additional $250.00.
