Inspector fees <br />Minutes accepted May/ 1Q1 965 Clerk <br />* * * <br />The May 10th meeting of the Lino Lakes Council was called to order <br />at 8:00 p.m. All members present. <br />Speiser moved, Backlin seconded, that minutes of the previous meeting <br />be approved as read. Carried. <br />Mr. Gibas spoke on the sewer system to be laid in Circle Pines, and <br />asked the Lino Lakes Council to consider their immediate and future need <br />of sewers, with the possibility of oversized interceptors being put <br />in at the Woodland Road junction in Circle Pines. After discussion <br />of the above, motion was made and seconded to have Mr. Gottwald meet <br />with the Circle Pines engineer to get more information. On the vote, <br />Anderson no, Speiser, Backlin, Zelinka, Domning yes. Carried. <br />Mr. LaMotte and Mr. Burque from the Centerville Fire Department were <br />present with a contract for $1,400 plus $75 per hour on a fire.After <br />considerable discussion, it was agreed the village would be obligated for <br />the $1,400 only, and the house owner with insurance rider would pay <br />the extra $75. The Fire Department will send a new contract. <br />Mr. LeRoy Krech was present and asked for a special use permit to run <br />a riding stable. Mr. Krech is to petition his neighbors for permission <br />to operate at his new address, 2180 Birch Street. Special use permit <br />issued in 1964 was for operation at 1403 Birch. Motion by Anderson, <br />second by Speiser, will have Mr. Krech meet with the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission at a special eeting, 7:00 p.m. on May 24th, prior <br />to the regular council meeting. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Burque asked the village engineer to check and report on the <br />alignment of the crossing at Scheer Road at the next meeting. <br />Domning moved, Anderson seconded, that the Ordiance book be brought <br />up to date by having all ordinances not already in printed form so <br />printed. Motion carried. <br />Treasurer's report was read and accepted. Transfer of funds from general <br />fund will be made to bring Fire Department fund up to date. <br />
