Inspector fees Minutes accepted May/ 1Q1 965 Clerk * * * The May 10th meeting of the Lino Lakes Council was called to order at 8:00 p.m. All members present. Speiser moved, Backlin seconded, that minutes of the previous meeting be approved as read. Carried. Mr. Gibas spoke on the sewer system to be laid in Circle Pines, and asked the Lino Lakes Council to consider their immediate and future need of sewers, with the possibility of oversized interceptors being put in at the Woodland Road junction in Circle Pines. After discussion of the above, motion was made and seconded to have Mr. Gottwald meet with the Circle Pines engineer to get more information. On the vote, Anderson no, Speiser, Backlin, Zelinka, Domning yes. Carried. Mr. LaMotte and Mr. Burque from the Centerville Fire Department were present with a contract for $1,400 plus $75 per hour on a fire.After considerable discussion, it was agreed the village would be obligated for the $1,400 only, and the house owner with insurance rider would pay the extra $75. The Fire Department will send a new contract. Mr. LeRoy Krech was present and asked for a special use permit to run a riding stable. Mr. Krech is to petition his neighbors for permission to operate at his new address, 2180 Birch Street. Special use permit issued in 1964 was for operation at 1403 Birch. Motion by Anderson, second by Speiser, will have Mr. Krech meet with the Planning and Zoning Commission at a special eeting, 7:00 p.m. on May 24th, prior to the regular council meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Burque asked the village engineer to check and report on the alignment of the crossing at Scheer Road at the next meeting. Domning moved, Anderson seconded, that the Ordiance book be brought up to date by having all ordinances not already in printed form so printed. Motion carried. Treasurer's report was read and accepted. Transfer of funds from general fund will be made to bring Fire Department fund up to date.
