The <br />police stated they had inspected the premises as remodeled and found <br />them to be satisfactory. The Nathe's wish to stay open on Sunday and <br />it was recommended by the police they preferred them to stay closed. <br />However, if open, to sell beer only and no set ups. After considerable <br />discussion, Speiser moved we grant the license to be effective on <br />January 1, 1966.
