146 <br />Domning reported he understood the Feasibility Report was nearly ready, <br />however, there was no one present from the Utilities Commission to discuss <br />the contract. <br />Dick Anderson spoke in behalf of Little League activities and also asked <br />permission to use one or both of the Lino parks for practice and games. <br />Locher will also investigate whether it is permissible for the Village to <br />contribute financitly. <br />The Building Inspector asked for a legal opinion for splitting an acre into <br />two lots with the intention of building a house on the second lot. Locher <br />replied that if the owner built the house to rent, no platting would be <br />necessary, however, if he builds to sell, then the building code must be <br />followed and the area platted. <br />Voter registration was discussed, and Locher will procure materials for <br />discussion at the next meeting. <br />A question was asked from the audience about moving a trailer into the <br />village, to be temporarily parked on a farm. A special permit could be <br />issued the hardship clause of the Trailer Ordinance for two 90-day <br />periods. The gentleman asking the question was advised to apply at the <br />Baldwin Lake Motel first about a possible vacancy there. <br />Speiser moved, Ross seconded, that the following bills be paid: <br />#666 - Joe Rosenthahl, down pymt on F700 Ford <br />667 - US Postoffice, postage <br />668 - Great Northern Trading Post, 2 guns/w/holsters <br />669 - Centennial Inc.
