a !�I <br />1G <br />Minutes of the Planning and Zoning meeting were read. Mr. Ross asked <br />if the past minutes had been examined concerning action taken regarding <br />40 acre lines to allow 66 feet for future streets. A map had been prepared <br />by the Zoning Committee showing proposed streets, but was never presented <br />for Council action. Locher will prepare a resolution covering this item. <br />L'allier and Ross will set up a meeting date to discuss with the Council <br />the propertyat Baldwin Lake. <br />L'Allier reported he had spent considerable time making a record of money <br />spent on park work in the last two years in Anoka County, and will work <br />on a resolution for future park lands. A possible park area of 36 acres <br />had been looked at on Holly Drive. <br />L'Allier moved we purchase Badminton equipment for each park, approximately <br />20 per set. Second by Ross, motion carried. , <br />Locher read the resolution he had prepared covering the issuance of <br />building permits, making allowance for future streets. Ross moved we <br />adopt this resolution and send a copy to the Building Inspector. Second <br />by Backlin, motion carried. <br />West reported he had checked the roads to the trailer court behind the <br />Baldwin Lake Motel. Crushed rock had been hauled in, but daily traffic <br />had thrown this out, and the holes were as bad as ever. Council requested <br />necessary action be taken, if roads are not repaired. <br />Backlin moved, with second by L'Allier, that we purchase a 1957 Chevrolet <br />Pickup Truck from Lino Auto Parts at a cost of X575.00. Motion carried. <br />L'Alier moved, with second by Domning, that we pay the bills as follows: <br />Carried.
