Roadways of 33 feet had not been <br />tested in the courts as yet. The Village is entitled to a 33 foot ease- <br />ment on each side. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Domning to pay bills. Motion carried. <br />A petition with approximately 60 names was .,presented to the Council by <br />Elaine Jaworski against the proposed land fill dump in the vicinity of <br />Main Street. However, since Rosengren has not yet requested a hearing <br />before the Planning and Zoning Committee, Domning suggested we table the <br />matter until such time as formal action is started. Ross moved we <br />receive the petition and place on file for future reference. Second by <br />L'Allier, motion carried. <br />
