174 <br />Ross also suggested the Council consider a possible merger of this vil- <br />lage with other surrounding areas with the Anoka County Sheriff's office <br />for more complete policing. Talbot and Kordiak from Anoka have indicated <br />willingness to attend such a discussion meeting, Ross has printed matter <br />available on the set up in Ramsey County. <br />Gotwald stated the original company awarded the road contract had de- <br />faulted, and it had accordingly been awarded to the next bidder, T. A, <br />Schifsky, who will begin work next week. <br />A gun training class sponsored by the Lino Lakes Police is being set up <br />for boys and girls, ages 12 to 16. Registration will be at the village <br />hall Saturday, September 10. <br />Ross moved we pay the bills, second by Domning, motion carried.
