Members present were <br />Bohjanen, Rosengren, Clerk Michaud. Mr. L'Allier arrived shortly <br />after the meeting commenced. <br />A minute of silence was requested in memory of Mr. Domning's untime- <br />ly death. Mr. Ross stated he krill attempt to carry on the position <br />of Mayor to the best of his abilities. <br />Mr. 'r'aldemar hi11 gave a short audit report as a meeting will be <br />held in the future to go over the report more thoroughly.
