202 <br />Continued <br />Mr. Locher reported on the Snowmobile Ord. that Blaine has adopted. <br />It was felt Lino Lakes should wait until the State Legislature <br />makes a law on Snowmobiles. <br />Mr. L'Allier returned check for $300.00 made out to Arnold Thies. <br />Mr. Pete Scherr asked for a CD report. Mr. Juleen did not have <br />report. Mr. Juleen asked when the Village would quit plowing <br />the rinks. <br />Mr. Rosengren made motion that the Village stop plowing snow <br />from the rinks for the remainder of this winter. Mr. Cardinal <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Pete Scherr asked for extra minutes of the meeting to be <br />made available to the people in attendance. It was left up the <br />the Clerk's discretion. <br />Bills were presented and all approved. Motion made by Mr. Rosengren <br />to pay allbills. Seconded by Mr. L'Allier. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Discussion made about the Village not having a mail box. Motion <br />made by Mr. Ross, and seconded by Mr. Rosengren to let the Village <br />Clerk secure a box for the Village Hall. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion made to adjourn at 9:45 PA by Mr. Rosengren. Seconded by <br />Mr. Bohjanen.Motion carried unanimously. <br />Bills paid were as follows: <br />1216 E. J.
