1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />205- <br />(Cont.) <br />Mr. Rosengren stated several people were interested in buying the <br />Baldvin Lake Trailer Court and improving it. Mr. Locher said a <br />copy of Ord. 0. 39 should be given to the people involved. No <br />names were available. Mr. Locher said they would have to also <br />com-ly with State laws. <br />Mr. Rosengren stated the residents on Maple and Orange Streets <br />want to know the cost for making Maple and Orange Village streets. <br />Mr, Ross stated that an assessment would have to be made against <br />the land owners such as on Twilight Acres. <br />Mr. Rosengren said Dick Shuh stated the price of gravel should <br />remain the same as in 1966. <br />Mr. Bohjanen reported on the Community & Business Development <br />Commission meeting held on March 1st. Mr. Bohjanen stated that <br />several jobs were not filled for the Village and suggested that <br />they be filled. <br />Mr. Bohjanen made motion that Mr. William Blaylock be appointed <br />as liason member from our Village to the Circle Pines Utility <br />Commission. Seconded by Mr. L'Allier. Motioncarried unanimously. <br />Mr. Bohjanen made motion that Springsted Corp. be appointed as <br />bond consultant for the Village. Mr. Ross stated he felt ur• <br />Locher could do the work cheaper. Mr. Locher stated that the <br />information Springsted would fur Ash for a village brochure <br />was available free in Anoka. Vote was taken as follows: Ayes <br />Mr. Crdi Lai, Mr. Bohjanen and Mr. L1llier. Nays Mr. Rosengren <br />and Mr. Ross. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal.reported that the P&Z Board would have an open hearing <br />March 15th to consider the AT&T tower. <br />Mr. Ross set a special meeting for the 29th of March at 8:15 <br />PM at the Village Engineer's office on Hwy 96. <br />Mr. Cardinal asked that Mr. ',ocher be present at the P&Z meeting <br />March 15th 1. that his expenses could be billed against AT&T. <br />Mr. Locher re-orted he was checking with Minneapolis for a copy <br />of their Plumbing & Gas Ord. and this will take another two months. <br />At Mr. Rosengren's suggestion, Mr. Locher stated he would try and <br />obtain a copy from the League. <br />Mr. L'Allier stated he visted recently with Ray Johnston and Mr. <br />Johnston stated he would definitely vote against the Metro Bills. <br />Ruth Rector gave a report on the Lino Lakes CD Auxiliary. <br />Mr. Ken Bryant reported on the Lino Lakes CD unit and stated the <br />unit was shaping up nicely. <br />Mr. Ross asked Mr. Bryant to continue on for the Year 1967 as Director <br />of CD. Mr. Bryant said he would. <br />
