220 <br />Mr. Locher was instructed to write up a draft for Liquor License changes to be <br />approved at the next meeting. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Clerk write the Treasurer of Anoka County for a <br />$5,000 advance draw. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Locher said the Bldg. Inspector has contacted him on requests for bldg. permits <br />and when he has to do some work his fees are added onto the permit and informed the <br />Council of this procedure. <br />The Clerk was requested to write the Village of Lexington for a new fire contract. <br />1V1r. Juleen asked for permission for the CD to sell beer at their picnic on June 11th. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion to this effect. Seconded bsr Mr. Ko en:'ren. Motion <br />carried tr_an1mou,H1y. <br />Mr. Rose .Kren made a motion ,o approve the off-sale 3.2 license application from <br />Dale's Grocery, which failed to have the proper fee attached. Seconded by Mr. <br />Bohjanen. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Lehman stated there was rifle shooting going on by the Methodist Cemetery, and <br />near the Hwy 49 bridge. Mr. Raymond was requested to check out the situation. <br />Mr. Locher was requested to get in touch with a Dr. Bulinski who owns some property <br />on Hwy 49 and is causing the police dept and fire marshal extra work. <br />Mr. Vernon Moga requested if it would be ok to store some parts in one good looking <br />auto that does not have a 1967 license. Mr. Locher felt that this might be an <br />exception to the Ordinance and he felt he would not prosecute for one auto. <br />Mr. Blaylock gave a report on the Circle Pines Utilities Commission. He stated the <br />$2400 was paid for a feasibility study but Circle Pines had nothing to show Lino <br />Lakes in the way of a report. <br />Mr. Cardinal made a motion that Mr. Dupre issue bldg permits to Mr. Lee Robinson for <br />2 family dwellings with the provision that Mr. Robinson carried out the requests of <br />the Village Engineer regarding topography map, etc. as a variance to Ord. No. 21 -A. <br />Mr. L'Allier seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Pete Scherer offered to supply a pipe to put the sign up on 64th if the Village <br />would furnish the mounting bracket. <br />Mr. Bohjanen reported on the meeting with the Youth Center and stated that additional <br />personnel was requested from the State and it was up to the Legislature. <br />Motion made by Mr. Bohjanen to pay all bills as rendered. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Motion made by Mr. L'Allier to adjourn at 10:15 PM.
