Bryant 422 Void 423 Donald Paul %% 61.00 approved meeting July 1 7 L Minutes pp ng y , 96 . ��`t -t�f'J Clerk 4 The Special Meeting for the Tax Equalization of the Village of Lino Lakes was held June 27, 1967, at the Village Hall, called to order at 7:35 by Chairman L'Allier. Other members present were: Mr. Bohjanen and Mr. Cardinal. Absent: Mr. Ross and Mr. Rosengren. Also present were Village Assessor Mrs. Richard Sarner and Mr. Gale Leone, Deputy Assessor for IIIAnoka County. Persons appearing before the Review Board were Mr. Harold Hanson, Mr. Everett Pearson and Mr. Clyde Rehbein, all of whom had complaints which were not appropo to the tax year under consideration. All were asked to air their complaints at the County Assessor's office at the Anoka Courthouse. Mr. Leone attempted to answer questions on changes in the new tax law, but could not be too specific as copies of the new law are not yet available from the Legislature. A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Cardinal at 8:15 PM. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Carried unanimously. Minutes approved meeting of July 10th, 1967. _ Clerk. A special meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council was called to order at 4:05 PM., July 1, 1967, at the Village Hall, for the purpose of discussing and approving the 3.2 Beer License applications of Luther LeVesseur and Clifford Ross which had not been: in the hands of the Clerk at the time of the Council Meeting held on June 26, 1967. Council- men present: Mr. Ross, Mr. L'Allier and Mr. Cardinal. Absent: Mr. Bohjanen and Mr. Rosengren. Mayor Ross suggested that they approve the applications and give same to Mr. Locher for his signature, if necessary (since the documents were not before the Council, it was IIIIunclear just what was still left to be done). Mr. L'Allier made a motion to issue the license to Clifford Ross if his fee and application had been submitted and also that the Clerk write Mr. Ross a letter asking him to get his applications in sooner for the Council's consideration in the future. Motion seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried unanimously. Mr. Cardinal made a motion to issue a beer license to Luther LeVesseur if his fee and
