Mr. Ross introduced Rev. Peter Ramstad and Senator Tom Grieg. <br />Minutes of the September llth meeting were read. Motion made by Mr. Bohjanen to accept <br />minutes as corrected. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Brennen from the State of Minnesota Highway Dept. was introduced and spoke about vari- <br />ous State projects going on in our Village now and of future projects. <br />Park Board minutes read. Motion made by Mr. L'Allier that Lino Lakes authorize the repairs <br />of roof to the park bldg. occupied by Mrs. Billik for A150.00 also for painting of park <br />bldgs. at $2.50 per hour. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that upon information supplied by Village Engineer that if the <br />budget will stand it that Lino Lakes puts on ls-, seal coat on Bald Eagle Blvd. at approx- <br />IIIimately $1,550. and hold off on Rolling Hills lDr. until next spring when we put on second <br />coat on Bald Eagle Blvd. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Council at their convenience look at the bldgs to be <br />removed on Rolling Hills Dr. Mayor Ross stated, hearing no objections, so ordered. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that speed signs be placed on 4th St., also Pine, that read <br />
