30 MPH. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that Mr. Rosengren contact the department plowing Bald <br />Eagle Blvd. to get a cost estimate for snow plowing of both Bald Eagle Blvd. and Rolling <br />Hills Dr. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion that the Village Council holds a meeting with Dr. GeItmann <br />of the Youth Center, the head of the welfare section, their supervisor from St. Paul, <br />our County Commissioner, Rep. Johnston, Senator Grieg, Sheriff Talbot and Senator Gary <br />Flakne, meeting to be held on Oct. 3rd and if that date is not agreeable the Clerk <br />should set up a date. Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried. <br />Mr. L'Allier made a motion to have signs erected on Hwy 49 near the bridge which state <br />"No trap shooting" and other signs removed. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />A second polling place was discussed. Mr. L'Allier stated that the Fire Dept. from <br />Village of Lexington would meet with the Centerville Chief at Lexington next Thursday <br />to get better coverage for Lino Lakes. <br />Mr. Rosengren stated fence is now completed around ponding area. <br />Clerk was instructed to get bids for No. 2 fuel oil for Village Hall for coming year <br />from Lino Mileage and Ed Diers Pure Oil. <br />Mr. Rosengren made a motion that Sunday Liquor be put on the ballot for the coming <br />election. Seconded by Mr. Ross. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Locher was asked to check further on the Green River Ordinance. <br />P&Z Board minutes read. <br />Mr. Cardinal made a motion that we approve a variance for Mr. Duane Cardinal, 271 Elm <br />Street, Circle Pines, Minn. on the following described property: <br />All that part of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 9, <br />Township 31 North, Range 22 West, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said NW 1/4-SW 1/4; thence East, along the <br />North line thereof, 1047 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing East, <br />along said North line, 120 feet; thence South at right angles, 660 feet; thence <br />West, at right angles, 120 feet; thence North at right angles, 660 feet to the <br />point of beginning, containing 1.8 acres, more or less, and subject to the existing <br />public road along the North line thereof; except east 5 feet thereof. <br />with the stipulation that this east 5 feet thereof be held for a roadway. Seconded <br />by Mr. Rosengren. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal gave a report on the Forrest Tagg property, about 5 free acres which he <br />wished to donate and 5 acres which we were to purchase. <br />Mr. Gotwald discussed the culverts for Mr. Anderson and recommended approval. Mr. <br />L'Allier made a motion that the Village provides a 15 inch cross culvert and install <br />two driveway culverts for which he would pay. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Locher read letter from Mr. & Mrs. Elwood West. Mr. L'Allier made a motion that <br />Mr. Locher write Mr. Warren LeMire at Harris, Minn., to clean up his property on Main <br />Street. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Motion carried. <br />Mr..Rosengren made a motion that we give Mr. Eugene Evans, 200 20th Ave. No., St. Cloud, <br />a 30 day notice to remove his garage on Sunrise. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. <br />
