25 <br />in the Village of Lino Lakes, will be more frequently used and more easily accessable <br />bo public if a roadway is extended from Centerville Road to the West to meet the <br />road now servicing such park and the Village Council hereby urges the construction <br />of such roadway as soon as possible. <br />Seconded by Mr. L'Allier. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Rosengren' discussed getting a bilk tank for the Village and that the Village could <br />secure gas at' dealer's cost; also some of the distributors such as Vadnaisâ–ş White Bear <br />Oil and Standard Oil would furnish a tank. <br />Mr. Rosengren stated during the winter he would check on rebuilding 2nd and Sunrise. He <br />stated he would also look for a tank truck. <br />Mr. Locher stated he would check an the Plumbing and Heating Ordinance per Mr. Cardiraits <br />request. <br />Mr. Cardinal Stated Mr. Ernie Apitz had 25 acres he would ;Trish to sell in one lump. <br />Mr. Locher stated he could find nothing where Mr. Hansen dedicated his road and it was <br />accepted by the village. Mr. Cardinal made a motion that the Clerk write a letter to Mr. <br />Hansen stating that there was nothing we could legally do and that the County built part of <br />his road; also that we send a copy of that letter to each County Commissioner as they <br />created part of the problem and maybe they can help. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Motion <br />carried. ' <br />Mr. L +Allier made a motion that Mrr. Robt. Anderson of Jackson St. NE, Mills, be contacted <br />by the Village Attorney through a letter stating that his property should be cleaned up. <br />Seconded by Mr. Bohjanen. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Locher stated he talked to the Thalen State Bank regarding the car owned by Mr. <br />Leo Peppin and on which they carry a mortgage. They would try and have this auto removed <br />by a junk dealer. <br />Mr. Locher stated he was keeping on top of events regarding the unauthorized entry of our <br />garage and that to the best of his knowledge the three young men were still in the Co. Jail. <br />Mr. Locher stated he is still checking on the lawsuit on Lints behalf only against Lino <br />and North Central which is pending regarding gas lines in the Village of Lino Lakes. He <br />is trying to wrap it up as soon as possible with as little cost to the Village as possible. <br />Mr. Burmants letter read regarding more nursing service in our part of the County for 1968. <br />The police put on 788 miles in November. Mr. Raymond had 1t8i hours; Mr. West had 50 hours, <br />and Mr. Myhre had 32 hours. <br />Mr. Ross announced the appointment of a committee to handle problems created by the Youth <br />Center. They are: Mr. L'Allier, temporary Chairman, Senator Tom C}reig, Commissioner Robe, <br />Burman, Father Bruce Peterson, Mr. Ron Jaworski, Mrs. Nancy Cox Mrs. Charles Turnbill, <br />Judge Ivan Krafts, Rev. Rudolph !Crafts, Mr. Wni. Robbins and Mrs. Lee Robinson. <br />Mr. Bryapd said he would have a complete report on the CD at the next meeting. <br />Mr. Pete Scherer said the Personnel Commission had made a study of Village trucks and just <br />recently he had observed one of the Village workers coming out of the corner bar at Center. <br />ville and get into the Village truck in the evening and he asked for an explanation. W. <br />Ross asked Mr. Rosengren to have an answer at the next meeting. <br />
