2 <br />Mr. LtAllier made a motion that Mr., Rosengren contact White Bear Township and try to get <br />them to plow Bald Bagel Blvd.. and Rolling Hills Drive and if they are unable to do this he <br />should contact Cneka Township.. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Locher was instructed to quit negotiating with Ramsey County. <br />Discussion by Mr. LtAllier regarding bldg permits issued only on Village streets or affi- <br />davit signed by people receiving permits to the effect that they would not request road <br />plowing and service led to the following motion by Mr. LtAllier: that the Clerk request <br />from Mr. Rollie Anderson of Anoka County three copies of reduced Al.:* plat maps for use by <br />bldg inspector and other Village officials. Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Gotwald said he would secure from W. Motion <br />carried. <br />1 <br />Mr. LtAllier made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes authorizes or instructs Mr. <br />Locher to draw up a statement for residential bldg permits issued :Lin commercial areas and <br />statement should state applicant should realize he is building in a commercial area and at <br />a later date commercial badge will be constructed adjacent to or near his bldg. Seconded <br />by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />LtAllier made a motion that we instruct P&Z to rezone the commercial areas of the <br />Village such as industrial parks after the first of the year as areas near the Freeway ha <br />caused more areas that could be classified for commercial use. Also that during the tours <br />of holding special meetings our Engineer at PZ t s request be authorized to attend. <br />Seconded by Mr. Rosengren. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Bohjanen stated that Mr. Burman talked to the C&BDC regarding sanitary landfills and <br />Mr. Burman stated he was waiting for a study to be completed by-the Metro Council. Mr. <br />Burman stated Anoka is working closely with Washingtoan County; also Mr. Bohjanen stated the <br />C&BDC is waiting for info from Houston, Texas regarding their reclaiming plant. Mr. Burman <br />is checking on the County picking up the service on border roads. <br />Mr. Bohjanen stated all sign posts are in for the new Village signs: The locations are <br />as follows: (i)from the North on Hey 8$ on east side on Clifford Alcock property, (2)from <br />the South on Hwy 8 on the east side on the State triangles (3) on Main Street (Co. Rd. 14) <br />on the south side at Sunset (east side of Sunset) on the Fulmer Robinson property, (4) on <br />Main Street (Co. $d. 14) on the north side west of 24th Ave on the Mrs. Elizabeth Belland <br />property and (5) on Hwy 49 (Hodgson Rd.) on the north side on the Vernon Moga Property. <br />Mr. Gotwald will type out a letter to be used by Clerk for securing State Hwy Dept. OK on <br />their right—of-may and Mr. Gotwald will provide a map. <br />Ur. Bohjanen stated the C&BDC would not work on the new Village brochure until after the <br />holidays. <br />Mr. Rosengren stated Orange and Maple were graded and he has made out forms .th the <br />State to it in two culverts. <br />Mr, Rosengren made a motion that the Village of Lino Lakes draws up a resolution as follcwrs-: <br />The Village Council of the Village of Lino Lakes hereby states that the members <br />thereof feel that the Anoka County Park situated to the South of Centerville Lake, <br />
