There were no corrections or additions. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Elliott seconded the motion. He noted that Mr. Bill Nissen is unable to attend this <br />evening due to a prior commitment.
