The filling of this <br />property has ramifications for drainage in this area. Draining on to Fourth Avenue is <br />not feasible as it is already at capacity. Staff will determine what steps need to be <br />taken to proceed on this issue. <br />COMPREHENSIVE PARK PLAN: <br />Mr. Marty Asleson was present review the financing of Capital Improvements Plan <br />associated with the Comprehensive Park Plan. The Council stated that they were <br />committed to the Plan, but the dollars contained therein are goals. Mr. Asleson was <br />instructed to proceed with the public hearing for the CPP, that the hearing should be <br />held at the Park Board level. <br />OTHER DISCUSSIONS: <br />Mr. Dave Ramstead inquired as the possibility of another garage on his property. <br />Mr. Mike Roeller asked the Council whether or not it would be possible for him to ride <br />in city squad cars and video tape the police department in action for a public access <br />program.
