Mr. Schumacher explained that the work had been
started but the contractor had other obligations that had to be
completed before he could continue at City Hall. The consensus
of the City Council was that staff should have better working
conditions. Mr. Schumacher was asked to give the contractor a
deadline or hire another contractor.
Steven Koltes, 7080 Lake Drive explained that his home is located
in a General Business (GB) zone. He is currently in the process
of selling the home and has an interested buyer who pinstripes
snowmobiles as a business. He was told by staff that the buyer
would not be allowed to use the property both as a residence and
as his business location.
Mr. Schneider explained the background on this matter. Council
Member Kuether and Council Member Bergeson asked that a policy be
established for properties such as this that are in transition as
far as zoning is concerned.
PAGE 1
1
1
1
