September 14 1L9i92 <br />mutt_ <br />TIME ENDED: ::!:9.10 <br />MEMBERS *PRESENT: Neal, <br />MEMBERS ABSENT None, <br />Ruether, Elliott, .Bergeson <br />Mayo- <br />Staff arrived at 7:40 P.M.` <br />Staff members present: City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; City <br />Engineer, Darrell Schneider; Public Works Director, Don Volk; <br />Planning Administrator, Mary Kay Wyland; Chief of Police, Dean <br />Campbell; City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk - <br />Treasurer Marilyn Anderson were also present. <br />Mr. Schumacher asked that an agenda item No. G(1) be added <br />titled, "Resolution No. 92 - 121 Approving Plans and <br />Specifications and Ordering Advertisement for Bids, Reshanau Lake <br />Estates South, Fifth Addition ". <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that a letter had been received from the <br />attorney for the Reshanau Lake Homeowners Association asking at <br />agenda item No. 3A be delayed until the September 28, 1992 <br />agenda. Mr. Schumacher read the letter from the attorney noting <br />a death in the family. Council Member Kuether moved to table <br />agenda item No. 3A until September 28, 1992. Council Member <br />Elliott seconded the motion. Council Member Bergeson said that <br />this would be the second time this item is delayed and it should <br />be made clear that this is the last delay. Mr. Hawkins said that <br />he would be calling this gentleman and would relate the message. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Elliott seconded the motion.
