1 1 1 Council Member Neal and moved its adoption: introduced the following ordinance CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA Ordinance No. 17 - 92 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R- 1) TO A COMBINATION OF HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (R -4) AND PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY (PDO) (COTTAGE HOMESTEADS OF AMERICA) I. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby amended by rezoning from Single Family Residential (R -1) to a combination of High Density Residential (R -4) and Planned Development Overlay (PDO) , pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: PIN 18- 31 -22 -33 -0003 - That part of the west one half of the southwest one quarter of Section 18, Township 31, Range 22 lying southerly of the southerly right -of -way line of I35W except road and subject to easements of record. PIN 18- 31 -22 -33 -0005 - That part of the east one half of the southwest one quarter of the southwest one quarter of Section 18, Township 31, Range 22 lying southerly of the southerly right -of -way line of I35W except road and subject to easements of record. PIN 18- 31 -22 -34 -0004 - That part of the west one half of the west one half of the southeast one quarter of Section 18, Township 31, Range 22 lying southerly of the southerly right - of -way line of I35W except road and subject to easements of record. II. Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. Bl shall stand as initially passed and as previously amended. III. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to City Charter. 237
