Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn G.(Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Elliott, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Members Kuether and Bergeson <br />were absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
