234 <br />Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. S$X 29 - 93 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND -CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTRY LAKES ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on June 28, 1993, with <br />reference to the improvement of Country Lakes Estates, and this report received by the <br />Council on June 28, 1993. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of the subdivision in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $ 761, 356.00 . <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of <br />August, 1993 in the Council chambers of the City Hall at 6:50 PM and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvements as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of June, 1993. <br />�1f <br />Vernon F.
