1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING OCTOBER 11, 1993 <br />Park Grove - Mr. Heth explained that the subdivision consists of <br />80 lots and three (3) park parcels. The property is located <br />between PineRidge Estates and Birch Wood Acres south of Birch <br />Street. This project is developer financed and all construction <br />costs are paid directly by the developer. Costs to be assessed <br />are for benefits from the Reshanau Lake trunk sanitary sewer <br />project, Area and Connection, Seal Coating/Wear Course and <br />Surface Water Management Planning funds. The total proposed <br />assessment is $524,075.20. <br />There were no questions from the City Council or from the <br />audience. <br />Brandywood Estates, Third Addition - Mr. Heth explained that the <br />subdivision consists of 33 lots. The property is located south <br />of Birch Street and east of 12th Avenue. This project is <br />developer financed and all construction related costs are paid <br />directly by the developer. Costs to be assessed are for lateral <br />benefits from Area and Connection, Wearing Course and Surface <br />Water Management Planning funds. The total proposed assessment <br />is $185,050.47. <br />There were no questions from the City Council or from the <br />audience. <br />Shores of Marshan Lake - Mr. Powell explained that the <br />subdivision is located east of Lake Drive and north of Elm Street <br />and consists of 54 lots. This project was developer financed, <br />therefore, all construction related costs were paid directly by <br />the developer. The only construction costs to be assessed are <br />for the Wear Course which is being installed under a City <br />contract. Mr. Powell noted that a temporary lift station and a <br />trunk water line was constructed on the east side of Lake Drive <br />and the developer is receiving some credit for construction of <br />the larger facilities. The total proposed assessment is <br />$202,310.51. <br />There were no questions from the City Council or from the <br />audience. <br />Woods of Baldwin Lake - Mr. Powell explained that the subdivision <br />is located north of Ash Street and north of Woodridge Estates. <br />The subdivision consists of 15 lots and a park site. The project <br />was developer financed, therefore, all construction related costs <br />were paid directly by the developer. The only construction costs <br />to be assessed are those pending from the Woodridge Estates <br />project constructed in 1989 to be assessed at the standard front <br />foot rates. The total proposed assessment is $112,045.25. <br />PAGE 8 <br />
