1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 22, 1993 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DATE : November 22, 1993 <br />TIME .STARTED : 6:35 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED ' : 8:37 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Reinert, Neal, Elliott. Bergeson <br />MEMBERS ABSENT is Kuether <br />Staff members present: City Engineer, Darrell Schneider; <br />Consulting Engineer, Tim Hanson, SEH; Economic Development <br />Authority Advisory Board Chairman, Brian Wessel; Planning <br />Coordinator, Mary Kay Wyland; City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; <br />City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn <br />Anderson. <br />There were no adjustments to the agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Elliott seconded the motion. Council <br />Member Neal questioned two (2) disbursement items on the November <br />22, 1993 Disbursement Listing. The first item concerned the <br />uniform for the Chief of Police. Mr. Schumacher explained that <br />the existing policy is that all full time officers receive a full <br />clothing allowance and all newly hired officers receive a <br />clothing allotment. The second item concerned clothing allowance <br />for Parks Director, Marty Asleson. Mr. Schumacher will determine <br />what this disbursement is for and the bill will not be paid until <br />this information is available to the City Council. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />ITEM DISPOSITION <br />MINUTES: <br />• <br />Council Meeting, November 8, 1993 Approved <br />PAGE 1 <br />30 <br />
