Motion <br />carried with Council Member Kuether abstaining. <br />Consideration of Council Work Session Minutes, October 13, 1993 - <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the minutes as presented. <br />Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion carried with <br />Council Member Kuether abstaining. <br />It was noted that the regular work session for Wednesday, <br />December 15, 1993 will be held as scheduled. <br />Mr. Schumacher noted that NSP has given the City a check for <br />$3,800.00 for use in the joint partnership program. The City <br />Council thanked NSP for the check. <br />Council Member Elliott moved to adjourn at 9:07 P.M. Council <br />Member Neal seconded the motion.
