A copy of <br />this address is attached to these minutes. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />Council Member Kuether asked to move the February 14, 1994 <br />Disbursements from the consent agenda to the beginning of the <br />regular agenda. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />amended. Council Member Elliott seconded the motion.
