4? <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING FEBRUARY 14, 1994 <br />Centennial Fire Department Approved <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />CONSIDERATION OF FEBRUARY 14, 1994 DISBURSEMENTS <br />Council Member Kuether questioned the following disbursements: <br />Dave Pecchia (Reimbursement Air Travel - J. Kenow) Mr. <br />Schumacher explained that this disbursement is for tuition for <br />the Crime Institute in Kentucky for CSO Jeannie Kennow. Chief <br />Pecchia would like Ms. Kennow to have this training so that she <br />can assist, from a crime prevention standpoint, in the planning <br />and layout of commercial and industrial properties. <br />Glenn Rehbein Excavating - Mr. Schumacher did not know what <br />this disbursement was for and will get this information for <br />Council Member Kuether. <br />Gail Todora $384.00 - Mr. Schumacher explained that this <br />prepares the Recreation Department Brochures. <br />person <br />Polich Frogner $297.50 - This firm provides professional <br />support for the computer system. There had been a problem with <br />a computer in the Recreation Department. <br />ACCAP (CDBG Program) $1,206.42 - This is payment the salary of <br />a senior outreach person for Lino Lakes. This is part of the <br />designation for ACCAP for 1993. <br />TIF, Anoka County - This a fee charged by the County for <br />administrating the Lino Lakes TIF plans. <br />Council Member Kuether had no further questions. Mr. Schumacher <br />will forward to her the information regarding the disbursement to <br />Glenn Rehbein Excavating. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve the February 14, 1994 <br />disbursement as presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Mike Stoltz, Assistant to the Anoka County Board, Waste <br />Management Fee - Mr. Stoltz introduced himself and explained that <br />he was here this evening to be a resource and provide information <br />regarding a change in the manner the County funds the solid waste <br />management program.
