CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-05 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PROFFESIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />CNH ARCHITECTS FOR LINO LAKES FIRE STATION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 14-73, adopted July 14, 2014, by the Lino Lakes City <br />Council, the City entered into a Professional Services Agreement with CNH Architects; and <br />WHEREAS, the following services were included: <br />1. Site Location services <br />2. Programming and Schematic Design <br />3. Design Development <br />4. Preparation of Construction Documents <br />5. Bidding Services <br />6. Contract Administration <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, the during the design process the scope of the services was modified to include <br />additional service for increase in facility size, internal roadway design and additional site <br />evaluation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the proposal for additional architectural services is approved in the amount of $89,454. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of January, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
