7300 WEST 147TH STREET SUITE 504 APPLE VALLEY, MN 55124-7580 (952) 431-4433 January 7, 2015 Mr. John Swenson Public Safety Director City of Lino Lakes 600 Town Center Parkway Lino Lakes, MN 55014-1182 PROPOSAL FOR ADDITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES 027 PROJECT: Lino Lakes Fire House #2 CNH No.: 14045 CLIENT: City of Lino Lakes DESCRIPTION: New Fire Station Description of Additional Service: The size of Fire House #2 has been increased from 7,100 square feet as indicated in the RFP and original Owner — Architect Agreement to the current gross floor area of 12,724 square feet, a 79.2% increase in project size. Other additional services to be provided include evaluating the selected project site to determine if other potential city facilities would likely fit on the remaining portion of the city owned property directly south of the fire station site. Finally, the services have been expanded to include the design of the internal city road within the larger site to serve that fire station. Fee: We propose the above work for an additional fee of $89,454, plus reimbursable expenses as stated in the original project contract. This proposal fee is valid for 30 days from the date of this document. Agreement: It is assumed that the terms of the original B101 Owner -Architect Agreement for this project dated July 8, 2014, will be modified by the scope of work and fee adjustment indicated in this proposal. All other agreement terms to remain as originally indicated. Schedule: This additional service will not impact the project schedule indicated in the original agreement.
