Our design services include <br />construction plans, permitting, a project manual (specifications) and assistance with project <br />bidding. Please note that these lanes are to be constructed within wetlands and additional design <br />will be required. The engineering fee to complete the described design services above is <br />$49,500. The proposed design has not been determined and the engineering fees are based on <br />preliminary information. <br />Birch Street Sanitary Sewer Extension <br />The scope of services for sanitary sewer extension include the preparation of construction <br />documents for approximately 2200 linear feet of sanitary sewer within the right of way of Birch <br />Street (CSAH 10). For purposes of this proposal, it is assumed that reconstruction of Birch Street <br />is not necessary and the sanitary sewer crossings will be directionally drilled. Our design <br />services include construction plans, a project manual (specifications) and assistance with project <br />bidding. The engineering fee to complete the described design services above is $9,900. The <br />proposed design has not been determined and the engineering fees are based on preliminary <br />information.
