1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING NOVEMBER 13, 1995 <br />DATE <br />TIME STARTED <br />TIME ENDED <br />MEMBERS PRESENT <br />MEMBERS ABSENT <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />: November 13, 1995 <br />. 6:30 P.M. <br />. 8:04 P.M. <br />: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert <br />: None <br />Staff Members present: City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; City Engineer, David Ahrens; <br />Community Development Director, Brian Wessel; Planning Coordinator, Mary Kay <br />Wyland; Chief of Police, David Pecchia; Assistant to the City Administrator, Dan Tesch; <br />City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn Anderson. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Schumacher asked that an item titled, "Rice Creek Watershed District", be added to <br />New Business. <br />Mayor Reinert asked that an item titled, "Clarification of Tax Dollars Usage for Non- <br />public Official Use", be added under Old Business <br />OPEN MIKE <br />There was no one to speak under open mike. <br />CONSIDERATION OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />October 31, 1995 - Council Member Elliott moved to approve this disbursement as <br />presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />November 13, 1995 - Council Member Kuether moved to approve these disbursements <br />as presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. <br />Council Member Kuether asked if the disbursement to Jerry's Schwinn Cyclery for <br />$1,700.00 is for the same bicycles for which the City will be accepting a donation later in <br />the meeting. Mr. Schumacher said yes. <br />Council Member Kuether asked about a disbursement to Neal Enterprises for supplies <br />and breakfast with Santa Claus. Mr. Schumacher explained that these are supplies for the <br />December 9th breakfast with Santa Claus. <br />Page 1 <br />
