1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JANUARY 8, 1996 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DATE January 8, 1996 <br />TIME STARTED 6:30 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED 7:12 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers <br />MEMBERS ABSENT None <br />Staff members present: City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; City Engineer, David Ahrens; <br />Community Development Director, Brian Wessel; City Administrator, Randy Schumacher <br />and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn Anderson. <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br />Mr. Hawkins administered the oath of office to Mayor Landers, Council Member Lyden <br />and Council Member Neal. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />There was no one to speak under open mike. <br />CONSIDERATION OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />December 31, 1995 Month End Disbursements - Council Member Neal moved to <br />approve these disbursements as presented. Council Member Kuether seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />1995 Year End Disbursements - Council Member Neal moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Council Member Bergeson seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />January 8, 1996 Disbursements - Council Member Kuether moved to approve these <br />disbursements as presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Centennial Fire District Disbursements - Council Member Kuether moved to approve <br />these disbursements as presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION OF APPOINTMENTS <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that a list of annual appointments were included in the Council <br />packets.
