t <br />COUNCIL WORK SESSION JANUARY 17, 1996 <br />Clearwater Creek Trunk Utilities, Public Hearing - Ms. Karen Cunningham, 2333 <br />Cedar Street asked how Cedar Street would be impacted by this construction. Mr. Ahrens <br />outlined the proposal noting that a well house will be constructed at the intersection of <br />Clearwater Creek Drive and Cedar Street. <br />Mr. Wessel explained that the intent is to develop light industrial properties north of <br />Cedar Street. There will be buffers placed between the light industrial buildings and the <br />homes. <br />Ms. Cunningham explained that she was used to a rural area and now there are lights and <br />noises all night long. She asked that construction hours be strictly enforced.
