They suggested that since the General Fund has a large balance, a portion of <br />the interest income be set aside for a road reconstruction program. <br />Council noted that this plan may be a violation of the City Charter and directed staff to <br />get an opinion from the City Attorney. <br />PAGE 5 <br />
