1 <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />AUGUST 8, 1994 <br />Staff members present: City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; City <br />Engineer, Darrell Schneider; Planning Coordinator, Mary Kay <br />Wyland; Community Development Director, Brian Wessel; Consulting <br />Planner, Alan Brixius; Public Works Superintendent, Don Volk; <br />Consulting Engineers, Brian Bourassa and John Powell;"Chief of <br />Police, David Pecchia; City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and <br />Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn Anderson. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />Mr. Schumacher asked that an item under open mike be added <br />titled, "Appreciation Certificate for Three (3) Part -Time City <br />Employees". <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Council <br />Member Kuether questioned the Disbursement for August 8, 1994 for <br />Holmes and Graven. Mr. Schumacher noted that part of the <br />disbursement is for legal assistance in the Cottage Homes senior <br />housing proposal and the balance is for assistance in preparing <br />the sale of City owned property to UDOR, U.S.A.
