Motion carried unanimously. <br />CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTIONS GIVING NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENTS <br />Resolutions have just been adopted that ordered preparation of <br />assessment rolls for eight (8) improvement project in the City. <br />Assessment rolls have already been completed and approval of <br />resolutions setting the date for the public hearings on the <br />assessments must be adopted to fulfill the requirements of State <br />statutes and the City Charter. <br />Council Member Bergeson moved to adopt Resolution No. 94 - 58 <br />Setting Hearing for the Improvements in Pheasant Hills Preserve, <br />PAGE 24 <br />
