1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING DECEMBER 19, 1994 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DATE December 19, 1994 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:30 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED 7:20 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Reinert, Kuether, Elliott <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : Bergeson, Neal <br />Staff members present: City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; Acting City <br />Engineer, John Powell; Community Development Director, Brian <br />Wessel; Parks and Recreation Director, Marty Asleson; City <br />Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk -Treasurer Marilyn <br />Anderson. <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Elliott moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />ITEM DISPOSITION <br />MINUTES: <br />December 19, 1994 Approved <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under open mike. <br />INTRODUCTION OF KIM SULLIVAN, 20/20 FACILITATOR, RANDY SCHUMACHER <br />Mr. Schumacher explained that during the fall, Mayor Reinert <br />outlined a visioning plan for City Council consideration. The <br />Council supported the plan which included the need for an intern <br />as well as a professional consultant to assist in the delivery of <br />the program. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
