Council Member Kuether <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96-28 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE COUNTRY LAKES <br />ESTATES - PHASE I IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, construction of the Country Lakes Estates - Phase I Improvements <br />have been completed by Richard Knutson, Inc. <br />AND WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Final Payment is hereby approved for the Country Lakes Estates - Phase I <br />Improvements. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 11th day of March, 1996. <br />arilyn G.
