Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 30 <br />RESOLUTION ABATING 1996 INSTALLMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ON PIN. 19-31-22-23-0003 <br />WHEREAS, an assessment was certified to the above listed parcel for 1996, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of staff that the assessment was applied <br />in error, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has met and has considered the request to abate <br />the 1996 installment of special assessment on the above listed <br />parcel, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br />1. The 1996 installment and all future years installments <br />for Special Assessment Fund No. 1330 and 1344 on PIN. 19- <br />31-22-23-0003, 7064 Sunset Road, are hereby abated. <br />Adorted by the Lino Lakes City Council this llth day of March, 1996. <br />#44 <br />John L.
